The hot water was inconsistent!!! Outdoor lighting is inadequate for late arrivals, forcing guests to use phones for illumination. The bathroom lacked brightness and warmth. The TV was a small monitor far from ideal!!!

The garden was such a peaceful oasis! The breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. I did run into an issue with the hot water but overall, it was a great stay. 🌼

staying at maria del alma house was a pleasure. the room was basic but very comfortable, with a large bathroom and plenty of hot water. the patio was wonderful, and i loved the daily breakfast that featured different dishes every morning. the location is perfect, just a few blocks from the lively center of coyoacan.

I had a delightful stay in a spacious Queen Room, where I was truly able to relax and immerse myself in the vibrant neighborhood. Each morning brought the excitement of a different breakfast dish crafted by Fernando, turning mealtime into a celebration. The garden area provided a perfect oasis, where I enjoyed morning coffee surrounded by colorful flowers and birdsong.

the room was spacious and creatively decorated. enjoyed the lovely balcony view over the garden with hummingbirds. the location was ideal, so close to the frida kahlo museum and vibrant attractions.

We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby Frida Kahlo museum, and every morning brought a delicious homemade breakfast that kept our little kids happy. Fernando was an incredible host, and the spacious room with the lovely garden view made it feel like home.

My kids wished there were blackout curtains for better naps.

I had a fantastic stay with a spacious and comfortable room that offered a private patio view overlooking a beautiful garden. Every morning, Fernando whipped up a delightful breakfast featuring local dishes and fresh fruit that always brightened my day. The location is just a short stroll from vibrant attractions like the Frida Kahlo Museum, making it easy to soak in the local culture. While I truly enjoyed my experience, I did wish there were blackout curtains for better sleep during early mornings.

I loved waking up to a different breakfast each morning, and the outdoor dining area was so chill. Fernando was super friendly and really made me feel at home. My room was spacious with great views, but one night there was some street noise that woke me up. Not too bad, though!
